Our People

Our people make MBT what it is today. The MBT Group is managed by a Board of Directors with CEO Bruce Worboys in charge of the day to day operations. The Directors are Geoff Smede (Chairman), Bruce Woolnough, Simon Caldwell, Bill Langler and the CEO.

Some things you may not know about MBT

Dick Bentley is a Sawtell Cricket Club legend and is also involved with Sawtell Soccer Club.
Nicole McVicar won the Coffs Coast's best and fairest soccer award in 2008.
MBT Accountant Darryl Fisher is Coach of the Orara Valley Axemen Rugby League.
Chairman Geoff Smede is a former Club Champion at Bonville Golf Club and recently finished 19th in the National Seniors Championships in Melbourne.
Sonia Caldieraro is champion fundraiser, working for Cancer Council and for kids with disabilities.
Bill Langler and Paul Grant are both keen baseballers and current Coffs Coast Champions.
Our CEO Bruce Worboys is President of NSW Country Rugby, and a Director of NSW Rugby Union.

Since 2008 MBT have added to the Coffs Coast population with 6 children and 5 grand children, with more due in 2010. Must be something in the water.
