4. You must abide the NPPs set out in the Act, when you collect, use, disclose or store personal information on our behalf.
5. If we provide you with personal information concerning any person, you must ensure the information is only used by your organisation, or any member of your organisation, for the purpose for which the information is provided to you.
6. You must abide the NPPs set out in the Act, when you use, disclose or store personal information that we have disclosed to you.
7. You must use your best endeavours to ensure you servants, agents and contractors meet the standards set forth in paragraphs 1,2 ,3, 4, 5 and 6.
It is equally important to us that you are confident that any of your personal information entrusted to us is treated with the appropriate degree of privacy.
